We start with single-origin coffee beans from the Santa Maria and Inga Aponte farms in the mountains of Colombia, grown through farming practices that care for the land and create nutrient-rich coffee. 

The beans are then cold-brewed under tightly controlled conditions, allowing for the selective extraction of beneficial compounds while avoiding the harshness created by high-temperature brewing. 

Then the cold brew is freeze-dried to preserve more of the original qualities of the coffee. This creates an instant coffee that dissolves cleanly in hot or cold water while retaining its natural flavor.

Every packet meets Purity Coffee's rigorous health standards, lab tested to ensure rich antioxidant-levels and to avoid mold, mycotoxins, pesticide residue, and heavy metals.
