What do I do if my order shows as delivered but I haven't received it?Updated 2 months ago

We completely understand how frustrating it can be to deal with a missing or delayed package. While we rely on third-party carriers to deliver your order safely and on time, we share in your frustration when something goes wrong.

If your package still hasn’t arrived after following the steps below, please reach out to us! We’re committed to making it right and can issue a replacement or refund if necessary.

Step 1: Confirm Your Shipping Address

Double-check your order confirmation or shipping confirmation email to ensure your order was sent to the correct address.

Step 2: Review Carrier Tracking Information

Open the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation. The carrier often includes details about where the package was left (for example, “in mailbox,” “on porch,” or “by front door”) and may even include a photo of the delivery.

Step 3: Check Around Your Delivery Area

Look in and around your property for any alternate delivery spots the driver might have used. Common places include:

  • Behind bushes or planters
  • Near a garage or side door
  • On a back porch

Step 4: Ask Around

Sometimes packages are accepted by others in your household, neighbors, or building management. It’s worth checking if someone picked it up for you.

If you live in a community or apartment complex with shared mailboxes, confirm that you’re the only one with access to your box and double-check inside.

If you feel comfortable, you might also check around nearby houses, as carriers do make mistakes.

Step 5: Still Missing?

If you’ve completed all the steps above and your package still hasn’t turned up, please contact us.
