If you ordered directly from our website

Please contact our Support team with your order number and a brief description of what’s missing or incorrect. A quick photo of the items received is always helpful!

Once we have your details, we’ll review the order and arrange for a replacement or refund right away. You don’t need to return the incorrect item.

If you ordered through Amazon

Amazon handles the fulfillment and shipping for those orders, so the quickest way to get a resolution is to reach out directly to Amazon Customer Service. They can process replacements and refunds much faster than we can from our end.

That said, we won’t leave you hanging. If you run into any issues getting it resolved through Amazon, please reach out to us and we’ll do what we can to help.
